I had no pain post surgery.
My name is Jeff, a 65-year-old male that had total hip replacement surgery on March 19, 2007 at North Broward Medical Center. Dr. Bruce Janke from East Coast Orthopaedics performed a frontal procedure that allowed me to have no limitations on movement “like the way most doctors do their surgery”.
It might sound strange, but I had no pain post surgery and no need to use any pain medicine in the hospital and took no pain medicine after going home on March 22, 2007. The following week, I started physical therapy and was able to do all movements because no muscles were cut during surgery. As a Deputy Sheriff, I was back to work “light duty” in 2 weeks and “full duty” in 7 weeks. Totally amazing!
If anyone has any doubts, give East Coast Orthopaedics a call and give them your phone number and I will call you personally.
A very happy “hip” guy,
Jeff N.
