In June of 2007, I had an anterior hip replacement performed by Dr. Bruce Janke. Anterior hip replacement, compared to the traditional way, is truly magical. I am still in a state of awe.
I have spent more than 45 years as a RN anesthetist and am happy to have personally experienced anterior hip replacement. There are no post-op restrictions, a small incision, minimal pain and a quick return to an active lifestyle.
